Little Ninjas (Ages 4-1/2 to 6)
Our Little Ninja classes are fast-paced, fun-filled, educational and motivational where kids will grow and learn in a positive, well disciplined and encouraging environment. Each class is filled with exciting, high-energy drills that are carefully designed to develop important life skills at an early age.
Classes start simple and gradually become more challenging based on each child's individual readiness. All lessons are based on positive recognition, reward and reinforcement for effort, skill, manners, sportsmanship and respectful treatment of others. Self-confidence and self-esteem are built in a gradual step-by-step fashion.
Junior Beginners (Ages 7 to 12)
Our Junior Beginner classes combines a mixture of traditional karate and modern day self defense to create an electrifying curriculum that makes kids feel strong, reassured and confident. Our age-appropriate programs include cardio, strength training, and flexibility and helps build teamwork and leadership skills, enhances listening and improves motor skills and muscle memory. Your child will enjoy a variety of drills, exercises and martial arts training to keep them engaged and entertained.
Our classes place a high emphasis on the traditional martial arts philosophies of fitness, safety and respect. Not only will your child enjoy a friendly atmosphere as they become physically fit, they will also learn self-discipline; how to be respectful and courteous and will also teach them humility and giving back and best of all, we become your resource on how kids can live a healthy and fit lifestyle and bully prevention.
Eskabo Daan - Filipino Martial Arts
Founded by Grand Master Robert Castro who has 30 plus years of Martial Arts experience. Eskabo Daan is a weapons based system that incorporates empty hand and joint locking techniques. Eskabo Daan is an acronym for the fighting styles Eskrima (E), Serrada (S), Kali (K), Arnis (A), Boxing (B) and Jeet Kune Do (O). Daans means 'The Way'.
Adults/Teens Kickboxing (Ages 13 & up)
Our Kickboxing/Self-Defense classes give you a great workout in an upbeat and positive class and will get you into the best of shape. Each class will help you achieve your individual fitness goals through punches and kicks.
This high intensity workout is meant for all fitness levels and include the fundamentals of boxing drills, kickboxing drills, pad work training and Kajukenbo self-defense.
Classes are made to lose weight that promises to burn up to 800 calories per class! This is excellent for strength conditioning, building lean muscles, toning and conditioning your body while making new friends and having the time of your life!
